1. Program Description

TAM ACCOUNTING INC. ("we," "us," "our") operates an SMS customer care and notification program. By opting in, you may receive text messages regarding:

• Appointment reminders and consultation confirmations
• Responses to your customer service inquiries
• Important account and service updates
• Tax deadline reminders and general firm announcements

This program is intended for existing clients and prospective clients who have expressly opted in to receive communications from TAM ACCOUNTING INC.

2. How to Opt In

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all messages sent and received. TAM ACCOUNTING INC. does not charge for SMS messages; however, your mobile carrier may. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro PCS, and others. Carrier support may vary.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in data) will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information may be shared only with Twilio Inc., our SMS delivery service provider, solely to facilitate message delivery, and under strict data protection obligations.

9. A2P 10DLC Compliance

TAM ACCOUNTING INC. complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing commercial SMS messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and the guidelines of the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA). Our SMS program is registered under the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) standard required by U.S. wireless carriers.
